Our Values
High-End Scooters was formed in 2019 after evolving from a hobby and turning into a full-fledged business. Initially, our company concept was born out of experiencing poor customer service and slow delivery times when ordering our personal scooters from China. We recognized this massive industry gap in the UK and other European nations and knew that we could bring positive change to the e-scooter business!
Knowing what we wanted to do, we set out to address the many hurdles to provide our customers with the best and quickest service. Some of these challenges included acquiring genuine stock with warranties and understanding the complex world of importing goods.
History
High End Scooters began business by finding overseas suppliers and quickly learned from them. Buy large quantities from suppliers is mandatory else they won’t provide the goods. This, on top of taxes, import, and freight charges are some of our biggest struggles as a business. We overcame these obstacles because we wanted to create the best scooter company in Europe. We are a small independent scooter start-up driven by passion and excellent customer service whilst earning a modest living.
You will see many poor-quality scooters alongside many fake scooters being sold online and in the high street. We have seen and heard many horror stories from friends, customers, as well as from people online.
Many of our friends and family had questions about scooters and we learned the answers to these many complex questions. We safeguarded their purchases by ordering their scooters online for them and thus, we began our business.
As we scooted around helping our friends and family, we began getting lots of positive feedback. We began ordering in larger quantities, so we could get more for our investment. Then we would sell the excess scooters on eBay.
When we started selling our scooters online, there was a huge demand. Thus, we had to start ordering to fulfill these requests. At this point, we began to look at selling scooters as more of a business than a hobby and proudly launched our Amazon shop in early January 2019.
During our last six months in business, we have secured the distribution of some of the top names. Be it electric scooters or personal electric vehicle (PEV) manufacturing. Our website carries scooters from some of the top names in e-scooter manufacturing. The brands we carry are Inokim, Minimotors Dualtron, Xiaomi Mijia, Segway Ninebot, and Zoom Stryder.
As a start-up, we would have loved to supply each brand from day one. But simply couldn’t due to the financial challenge. As our business grows and becomes more established, we will be offering products from more top brands.

These scooters are the most convenient and portable electric scooters. They are compact and lightweight with folding mechanisms and collapsible handlebars making them ideal for travelling on buses, trains or trams. They are lightweight enough to be carried easily, stored under work desks, or in car boots – eliminating concerns over the risk of theft. Literally you can take and store them anywhere.
Riding Range
Electric scooters are extremely efficient. The riding range for our scooters are between 18 miles to 80 miles. On a full single charge with no additional batteries, speed ranges from 15.5mph to 62mph.

There are countless ways that an electric scooter will help you save money like cutting out public transport fees, parking tickets, fuel costs, just to name a few. We do understand an electric scooter requires an initial investment however, when you take into account the areas you will save money, the scooter will pay itself off in no time.

Using electric scooters is faster than walking, and we found them to be faster than using the bus. The world is your oyster when armed with an electric scooter whether you use it to commute to work, or to get home. Electric scooters are essentially faster because there is little to no traffic considering the endless shortcuts possible that cannot be accessed by other types of transports, allowing you to save time on your daily commute.
