The customer when purchasing through High End Scooters accepts and assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of an E Scooter and/or any other products purchased from High End Scooters.

The customer accepts full responsibility and waive their rights to hold High-End Scooters and its owners from any liability caused, directly or indirectly, in association with the use of High-End Scooters products.
