Warranty & Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, returned in its original packaging and resale condition. A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment. We do not accept returns on used products & there may be a 10% restocking fee on returned items, depending on the situation.
In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Typically repairs are carried out in a couple days. If it does take longer, we will keep you updated with the status throughout the process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All of our scooters come with a UK warranty. The length of warranty varies by brand, the length of warranty is detailed in the original product listing. If you are unsure of your warranty period please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The warranty covers this product for one year from the date of purchase and includes the battery pack. This warranty is limited to what is defined as “normal use” of the product; examples of activities or uses that would void the warranty include: exceeding the weight and/or speed limits (check individual model specifications as weight and speed limits differ); impacts resulting from collision, dropping, or improper use.
If the product is dead-on-arrival, for domestic purchases, we will cover the shipping costs for returning your item back us. For other warranty related repairs, the Customer will need to cover the shipping charges to us here in Kent.
While the products are designed with water protection in mind, they are not intended to be ridden in heavy precipitation or standing water above 2 inches high.
Consumables such as tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty. We stock a wide variety of parts such as tyres and inner tubes, batteries, control boards, chargers, and other components in the U.K. We can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.
- The warranty doesn’t cover external damage such as broken parts or general wear and tear. Please see example list below:-
- Excludes consumable wearing fittings, such as brakes and tyres.
- Excludes parts with physical damages, incomplete/broken cable connections.
- Excludes misuse, modification, negligence and use of the scooter in wet conditions.
- Excludes professional and hire use.
- Batteries are covered for manufacturer defect only.
- Valid only with the original receipt of purchase.
- Warranty is NON-Transferrable.
When parts are available in limited supply, we may reserve these for our customers. Please be advised that if you are ordering a part that we’re running low on, we may be forced to cancel the order if your Unicycle/Electric Scooter has been sourced from a third party. Having access to parts and accessories is one of the perks of being an High End Scooter customers.
